2017-2018 National Theatre of Northern Greece
Da - Hugh Leonard
Opening: Theatre of the Society for Macedonian Studies, 27/01/2018

A son returns to his hometown to attend his father’s funeral. In numerous flashbacks, he relives important moments from his youth. Humour and deep emotion characterize the play that, through successive leaps in time, deals with the relationship of a son with his parents. Time is the central character of the play. The son sees Da (diminutive of Daddy) at times as a tender and affectionate figure and at times as a real tyrant.
