Simoni Symeonidou
Simoni Symeonidou was born in Toronto, Canada in 1983. She grew up in Nicosia, Cyprus where she stays until the age of eighteen. Her encounter with the visual arts begins from a very young age. She studies painting, drawing, etching and sculpture at Christos Symeonides - CHRISIMOS' studio. In 2001 she moves to Athens where she stays until 2003 pursuing artistic, technical and intellectual refinement in various art studios. After, she moves to Bristol, UK where she studies Fine Art at Bristol School of Creative Arts and acquires Bachelor's and Master's degrees. Today she lives and works in Nicosia where she keeps an art studio. She has participated in various group exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad and has two solo exhibitions in Cyprus and one in Berlin, Germany.
