A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE PLAY
“The play presents three types of people: a psychotherapist represents Science, a playwright stands in for Art, and an advertising executive personifies Communication. All three are handlers of words and images, intellectuals and successful. Opposite them, a lonely person, Foteini, who does not know how to handle anything, except perhaps her imagination and her memories”. This is how Vasilis Katsikonouris describes “She took her life in her hands”, which he wrote in 2006–2007.
