'The imprisoned chief of a big modern gang, Nick the Hook, with his bodyguard Sakis Levekouras, make sure to be transferred to another prison where they can escape on a Super Puma from the roof. In the new prison, they meet some of Tsiforos’ fictional characters from his work 'Street Wise Guys' that do time, and chaos ensues. It is a theatrical conversation with Tsiforos’ particular work, in which the blending of times and characters, the different language idioms but the same meanings bring forth the corruption of the system, the cynicism, selfishness, and diachronic nature of two-way deception. At the same time, light is shed on the companionship of the inmates, their fellowship, the codes of the underworld, old and new, with favour the poor bastards (as Tsiforos would want) as well as the longtimers who experience the unbearable reality of enclosure but also the unthinkable possibility of a hard kind of freedom, within or outside art’.
