Vassilia Rozana lives and works in Athens,Greece. She studied in the Department of Economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She graduated instead from the Fashion Design Department of the Public Institute of Athens, and since 2004, she has worked continuously as a costume designer for both cinema and theater, working with prestigious organizations such as the Athens and Epidaurus Festival, the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron), and the Athens Olympic Games.

In 2017 she was a jury member for the European Film Awards and in 2020 she won the Best Costumes Prize in Drama Film festival for the film "Bella" directed by Thelyia Petraki. She is also a member of the Hellenic Film Academy.
