The warm embrace by the audience, as well as, the great response by the artists and by the people of intellection to the calling of the
National Theatre of Northern Greece, have already turned the organization of the event "
Big Days" into a fixed institution.
For a second year, NTNG invites the people who hold in affection the art of theatre, to get familiar with major playwrights, artists and intellectuals. Audience of all ages and cultures are invited to grasp the opportunity and run through the nature of the work of each playwright in concern, by following and attending activities and discussions on the life and the creative lifeworks of each certain honoree personality.
During the present theatrical season of 2014-15,
NTNG is going to honor the following personalities:
Harold Pinter (21/12/2014, at the
Theatre of the Society for Macedonian Studies),
Vassilis Tsitsanis (18/01/2015, at the
Lazaristes Monastery Theatre),
Mikhail Bulgakov (08/02/2015, at the
Theatre of the Society for Macedonian Studies),
Molière (08/03/2015, at the
Theatre of the Society for Macedonian Studies) and
Anton Chekhov (26/04/2015, at the
Theatre of the Society for Macedonian Studies).
