This theatrical play features a story well-known to the Greeks from Pontus, the erection of a bridge that will connect the region of Ardassa with the monastery of Agios Georgios Peristereota. Konstantinos believes that such a bridge joining the region of Ardassa and the monastery of Agios Georgios Peristereota will allow the pilgrims to come into contact with the whole village. In order to build the bridge, which is said to be demolished by demons each night, he will have to compromise and succumb to the demands of Chouliaras, the magician, to sacrifice what he holds most dear, his beloved Kali. Through this adventure, the pure and innocent Konstantinos will rebel and punish all those who used him, while awakening the conscience of the whole village at the same time. The text, written in the Argyroupolis Matsoukas idiom of Pontus, makes allegorical use of a known myth: the construction of a bridge is identified with the creation of a new society with conscientious people, where no kind of exploitation is allowed to exist.
