The comedy Delistavrou and Son refers to a man who lost early his wife and he grew himself his son. As years passed and the little son became a man, his father appointed him as director in the factory to enable him to enjoy all the things he couldn't live when he was young. However, in the fullness of time, in which he had laid all his hopes in, disappoints him and he realizes that he can't live the lost years retrospectively. As all the comedies of Sakellarios and Giannakopoulos, this one too is characterized by the quick dialogues, a well-staged action, and the intense popular style showing the comic element existing even in the most dramatic subjects.
