A writer returns to his room, where inexplicably the body of a repulsive old woman has appeared. His life falls to pieces and its balance is disrupted until he can find a way - if possible - to dispose of the body. One of the most interesting representatives of Russian avant-garde, Daniel Harms was prosecuted by Stalin's regime for his political and aesthetic views. He is considered today a leading figure in his treatment of the absurd, the grotesque and of black humor.
