Don Quixote, the romantic knight, known by the homonymous book of Cervantes, does not change at all in the theatrical adaptation of Fauquez. We follow him, filled with dreams and visions, trying with all his force to win the evil and triumph. We see him battle having as ally and rival at the same time his own imagination, fighting with giants, windmills and inexistent enemies, with a courage approaching the limits of insanity. However, he never looses his dignity, and even vanquished, he remains proud. Near him, Sancho, his loyal attendant, who in spite of his shyness, hides inside him beautiful feelings and a tender soul.
