A Musical in Crisis
Does the coming of the HOUR OF CRISIS make us fatter…?
Is it true that we are going bankrupt? What time exactly?
Is CRISIS inevitable even in afterlife?
What will be our punishment?
What do the zodiac signs say about our foolishness?
How happy can we get witha pill? Is there a pill for the CRISIS?
Is there still a place in heaven for the proud Greek patriot?
Those who can answer and un-answer these questions while singing are….: The BAND-ages!
A group of young actors and musicians of the NTNG- a mixture of a music band and a circus- improvise, dance and sing upon the rhythms of popular theatrical and non-theatrical musical scores.
Balancing in-between heaven and hell, crisis, criticisms and small-scale revolutions, they wrap in bandages and comment upon the nightmare of an “impoverished” reality and the “dream” of another-possibly better-afterlife, as they stand closer than ever to the “HOUR OF CRISIS”.
