The National Theater of Northern Greece announces in public the agreement has been signed  with the Foundation of Youth and Lifelong (continuing) Education, with which it provides student discount tickets for all productions to the European Youth Card holders. 
 
The "European Youth Card" is a tool of entertainment, contact and information between and for the young European citizens. It has been promoted in Greece from the General Secretariat for Youth and the Foundation of Youth and Lifelong (continuing) Education. It is a discount card which promotes significant privileges to six million youngsters all around Europe.

It concerns of an important tool for the use by the youth because:
  • It accommodates their every day life, providing them opportunities to offers and discounts in a large variety of products and services.
  • It promotes social mobility, providing the users benefits in transportation, accommodation, as well as, other travelling services.  
  • It promotes information via many communication channels which its members enjoy the use of: national or regional websites, journals, newsletters, discount catalogues, groups on social media etc. It keeps the young users informed in issues concerning their rights and obligations as consumers and service receivers, as well as, the way they ought to handle the above on their benefit.
 
European Youth Card: Strictly only for the youth!
  • It can be issued for every young person between the ages of 13 and 30.
  • The cost is 10 euros.
  • The card has a validity period of one year and it can be renewed annually, until the age of thirty (30) years.
